Luz e Sombra, Bondade e Inflexibilidade, Paz e Desassossego, Verdade e Mentira, Humildade e Arrogância
Cada um de nós dança ao som de uma música interna diferente, um jogo de forças entre o que somos, o que queremos ser, o que achamos que somos. Como se se tratasse de uma luta entre o Bem e o Mal. Queremos que um ganhe para o outro sair derrotado.
A verdade é que as duas qualidades são úteis em momentos diferentes. A mentira é ótima quando sabemos que estamos a ser ludibriados e queremos esquivar-nos. A arrogância é uma boa aliada para sermos humorísticos e arrancarmos umas gargalhadas. O desassossego ajuda-nos a executar tarefas com rapidez. A inflexibilidade permite-nos marcar limites que não podem ser ultrapassados. E por fim é através da nossa sombra que somos sensíveis às dificuldades com que os outros se debatem, porque as reconhecemos.

Each of us dances to the sound of a different internal music, a play of forces between what we are, what we want to be, what we think we are. As if it were a fight between Good and Evil. We want one to win for the other to be defeated.
The truth is that the two qualities are useful at different times. The lie is great when we know that we are being deceived and we want to avoid it. Arrogance is a good ally to be humorous and have a laugh. Restlessness helps us get things done quickly. Inflexibility allows us to set limits that cannot be exceeded. And finally, it is through our shadow that we are sensitive to the difficulties that others struggle with, because we recognize them.
